He is a degree holder in effective brand differentiation and leadership strategies, a two time degree holder of school of leadership and entrepreneurship (SOLE).
His passion to raise Leaders with capacity, content and character, has spurred him and his team to train over 500 Leaders in Nigeria, via it's platform known as Equipping Leaders platform, a platform where Leaders are trained to achieve their maximum potentials and be guided into being more effective in their social space.
Collins Okosun is the managing director of havilah consult which is a consultancy firm that deals on Training & capacity building, Idea development, project management, writing services, Communication mastery, Business consulting & facilitation and Recruitment services.
He also sits on the board of Ingathering and Youth foundation. A faith based, non-profit oriented and a non governmental organization, which has served as a training center for more than 10,000 youths, within and outside the African continent, and has held more than 30 successful conferences, attended by not less than 500 people, and an average of over 35,000 persons in it's 10 years of establishment.
Collins Okosun is also a degree holder of management strategies for people and resources from the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALINETWORK) & Workforce collaboration and Development from the same leadership network.
He is a graduate of Environmental Management and Toxicology from the prestigious Delta state university, Abraka, Delta State.
